The AI Document Wizard generates complete, professionally formatted documents using AI. Choose from a catalog of food safety and quality management topics — or describe your own — and receive a ready-to-edit draft in seconds. Supports multiple regulatory regions including FDA (USA), MPI (New Zealand), FSANZ (Australia), and EFSA (EU).

Navigation: Managed Documents → + New Document → Generate with AI

 

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Navigate to Managed Documents and click + New Document, then select Generate with AI.

  2. Step 1 — Choose Your Topic: The AI wizard opens with a catalog of document topics organised by category. Browse the catalog or use the search bar to find a topic. Available categories include:

    • Food Safety & HACCP
    • Sanitation & Hygiene
    • Quality Assurance
    • Supplier Management
    • Regulatory Compliance
    • Training & Personnel

  3. Select a topic from the catalog, or choose Custom Topic to describe your own document requirements.

  4. Step 2 — Configure Options: Customise the AI generation settings:

    Document CategorySelect the category (SOP, POL, FORM, etc.) for the generated document
    Regulatory RegionChoose the applicable regulatory framework (FDA, MPI, FSANZ, EFSA, or General)
    Detail LevelSelect the depth of content — Concise, Standard, or Comprehensive

  5. Step 3 — Generate & Review: Click Generate Document. The AI will create a complete document draft with proper headings, sections, and content. Review the generated preview.

  6. If satisfied, click Create Document to save it. The document will be created in Editing status with the AI-generated content already populated in the editor.

  7. You can then edit, refine, and customise the generated content using the document editor before submitting for approval.

Tip: AI-generated documents are a starting point — always review and customise the content to match your specific facility, processes, and regulatory requirements before publishing.
