| 476 | Form Builder: redesigned. Components are grouped and searchable in a library, and Browse all components explains each one and shows what the operator sees. Select a field to move it up, down, to the top or bottom, duplicate or delete it, with undo and redo. Settings are split into Basics, Validation, Logic, Look and Advanced tabs, and the builder asks before closing with unsaved changes. Dragging a field off the form no longer deletes it. Existing forms are unchanged. See the Building a Form article. |
| 477 | Sign up: personal email addresses such as Gmail and Hotmail can now start a free trial. Sign-ups are checked for bots instead, with a Cloudflare security check on the sign-up page, and temporary inbox addresses are refused. |
| 478 | Alerts: the standard Inventory Expiry (Next 30 Days) alert on accounts set up before September 2024 failed every time it ran. It is now repaired; alerts you have edited are left as they are. |
| 479 | Forms: form timers and Cooling Log checks now show in a timer pill in the page header, on every page, so they stay in view when you leave the form or open another batch. It also sits in the operator header and in a form opened as a pop-up. It counts down the most urgent timer at your site, turns yellow when due and red when overdue; click it to list them all and open the batch or form. It replaces the countdown tile on the form and the notification bell. See the Timer article. |
