This release contains the following updates:
| Ticket # | Description |
|---|---|
| 467 | Operator login: passcodes no longer fail at busy times such as a shift change. A tablet only locks after 10 wrong passcodes in 5 minutes, and the message now says whether the passcode was wrong, the device is locked for a few minutes, or QTRACA could not be reached. Signing in to a different QTRACA account on the tablet no longer stops passcodes working. |
| 468 | Attachments: uploading a file with the same name as one already attached no longer fails and loses the original. A version-controlled file now gets a new version; otherwise the file is replaced. |
| 469 | Users: an account now has one admin and one billing owner. Ticking Admin or Billing Owner on another user hands that role over after a confirmation, and the account email follows the admin. The admin and billing owner cannot be deactivated or deleted until their role is handed over, and only Admin or Setup Admin users can invite users. |
| 470 | Sign in: resetting or changing a password now signs that user out on every other device and browser. After a reset, sign in with the new password. |
| 471 | Import: importing now needs the same rights as adding that record by hand. Other users see "Not Authorised". |
| 472 | Security: a set of fixes that keep each account's data separate, across reports, alerts, live updates, imports, record history and task emails. Replying to a task by email now works. |
| 473 | Forms: new Cooling Log and Cooling Log (multiple) components for recording cooling temperatures by hand, with CCP stages marked Met or Failed, the next check time, overdue checks in the notification bell and a countdown tile on the form. No sensors or IoT module needed. See the Cooling Log article. |
| 474 | Forms: Sensor Recorder, Dynamic Sensor Recorder and Cooling Log can now require a corrective action when a target fails, and optionally raise a non-conformance and put the batch on hold. The form cannot be confirmed until the action is recorded. Off unless ticked in the template. |
| 475 | Account Settings: new Temperature unit setting (Celsius or Fahrenheit). Cooling Logs, recorder targets, PDFs and reports follow it; existing accounts stay on Celsius. Sensor screens still show their device's own unit. |
