The Orders Dashboard answers the commercial questions in one place: what is on order, what we have invoiced, who owes us, who we owe, and how it compares with the period before.
Every money figure is shown in your base currency, so foreign-currency documents are comparable with domestic ones rather than being added up as if the numbers meant the same thing.
Where to find it: Orders Dashboard in the Orders section of the main menu.
Choosing the period
A filter bar across the top sets the date range, with presets for the periods you look at most. Turn on compare and each KPI also shows its movement against the previous period of the same length — the number on its own tells you where you are, the comparison tells you which way you are going.
The KPI strip
| KPI | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Open sales orders | How many customer orders are still live. |
| Sales pipeline | The value of those open orders — work sold but not yet invoiced. |
| Invoiced | Invoices issued within the period. Credit notes are counted separately, so this is invoicing rather than net revenue. |
| Outstanding AR | Money owed to you on unpaid invoices, with the overdue portion shown separately. |
| Open purchase orders | How many supplier orders are still live. |
| Billed | Supplier bills dated within the period. |
| Outstanding AP | Money you owe on unpaid bills, with the overdue portion shown separately. |
| Export success rate | The share of accounting-export records that succeeded, and how many failed. A dashboard-level warning that documents are not reaching your ledger. |
Overdue means past its due date and still unpaid, measured against today rather than the end of the reporting period.
Invoiced against billed
A trend chart plots invoicing and billing over the period, so you can see the two moving against each other rather than reading them off separate reports.
AR and AP aging
Unpaid invoices and bills are bucketed by how overdue they are:
| Bucket | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Current | Not yet due — including anything with no due date recorded. |
| 1–30 days | Up to a month overdue. |
| 31–60 days | One to two months overdue. |
| 61–90 days | Two to three months overdue. |
| 90+ days | More than three months overdue. |
A document with no due date sits in Current rather than being treated as overdue — an unknown date is not evidence of lateness.
Pipeline and top parties
- Pipeline breakdown — open sales and purchase orders grouped by status, so you can see where work is stacking up: orders awaiting confirmation, part-fulfilled, waiting on suppliers.
- Top customers and top suppliers for the period by value, answering who matters most right now.
Outstanding documents
A grid of the unpaid invoices and bills that need attention, showing the document, the party, its dates, amount and status.
It is a top-N widget rather than a full ledger — it shows the most significant items and tells you how many there are in total. For the complete list, work from the Invoices or Bills screens, which filter and search properly.
Things to know
- Figures are scoped to the site you are working in, like the rest of the application.
- Everything is converted to your base currency using the rate stored on each document, so the totals reflect what each document was worth when raised.
- An export success rate below 100% is worth acting on — it means documents have not reached your accounting system. See Accounting export and push.
