The default behavior when you are at the top of a screen on mobile devices and pull down is to refresh the page.

This may be unwanted behaviour when editing forms and can be disabled by turning the '' setting on.

To turn setting on got to Setup --> Account Settings and turn on the 'Disable Mobile Device Refresh' setting.
