Form Workflow presents a form as a guided sequence of steps rather than one long page — useful on the factory floor, where a form is completed while doing something else and losing your place is easy.
Where to switch it on: Enhanced UI Form Workflow in Account Settings. It is on by default in new accounts.
Turning it on or off
Go to Setup → Account Settings and set Enhanced UI Form Workflow. New accounts have it on; existing accounts keep whatever they had.
It is an account-wide setting, so everyone gets the same presentation. The form itself is unchanged — the same fields, the same rules, the same result. Only the way it is presented while being filled in differs.

Things to know
- Nothing about the form changes. Required fields, validation, approvals and the completed record are identical either way.
- It is account-wide, not per user or per form.
- Worth trialling with the people who complete forms most before switching it for everyone.
