Before pack sizes are switched on you must:

  1. Setup pack sizes in settings.
  2. Assign pack sizes to products.


To switch on pack sizes perform the following steps:

  1. Go to Setup ---> Account Settings
  2. Under 'Inventory' switch on 'Use Pack Sizes'
