QTRACA data is stored in a Postgres database within the Heroku platform.
Heroku offers continuous protection of the database and regularly updates and patches database through a scheduled maintenance plan.
In addition, daily logical backups are taken and stored on AWS S3, and can be used in the event of full disaster recovery. 7 days of backups are stored, and then a 12th day, 19th day, and a one month backup are stored in addition.
