If a batch is released it will become read only. If a wrong Manufacture, UB, or BB date has been entered on the batch it can be fixed by following these steps.


Role Required: QA Manager


  1. Go to the released batch
  2. On the 'Details' tab click on the 'Unlock' button
  3. Enter a reason for the change by clicking on the comment bubble
  4. Change the date to the correct date
  5. Press the 'Save' button


Your batch will now reflect the correct Manufacture/UB/BB date.


Note: If the manufacture date is changes the UB/BB date will be re-calculated, Be sure to check that the UB/BB date is also correct after manufacture date changes.
