QTRACA integrates to MYOB using its secure API. When you setup an integration to MYOB you will be prompted to login to MYOB and give permission to QTRACA to read Customers, Suppliers, Products, Purchases, and Sales.
On successful authentication QTRACA will check MYOB every 15 minutes to see if there are new purchase or sales invoices. It will also synchronise customers and suppliers daily.
The QTRACA MYOB interface will:
- Bring new purchase orders in MYOB in to QTRACA as inwards goods. This makes it easier for users to check goods on arrival and assign supplier batch details to inwards goods lines.
- Bring new sales invoices in MYOB in to QTRACA as dispatches. This makes it easier for users to enter batch details or validate batch details during dispatch. QTRACA will automatically select the oldest batch with stock on hand when creating dispatch lines.
- Create and update suppliers and customers in QTRACA.
