When setting up a form field one of the options is whether or not you can take a photo against a field.
Checking the 'Allow Photos' field will allow you to take a photo and have it linked to the field.
When a field has 'Allow Photos' the user will see a camera icon next to the field label when editing a form. If the field is within a table the camera will appear at the end of each row and apply for the whole row.
Clicking on the camera will allow the user to take a photo.
