If email notifications are switched on, QTRACA can send a variety of email notifications as follows:
Alert Email
When an alert is triggered an email will be sent to recipient. See Alerting for more detail.
Task Assignment Email
When a task is assigned to a user they will be notified by email that they have been assigned a task.
Task Completion Email
When a task has been completed a user will be notified by email that the task has been completed.
Task Overdue Email
When a task is overdue an email will be sent to the assigned user notifying them that they have an overdue task.
Trainee Invitation Email
When a trainee is invited to the training portal they will be notified by email providing a link to access the portal.
