To complete a non conformance you must first confirm that an 'Effective Check' has been performed.
Secondly you will need to make sure all corrective and preventative actions have been closed.
Once these conditions have been met you will be able to complete the non conformance.
Click on the tick icon button to complete the non conformance.
The non conformance will now be 'Completed' and will be read only.
If this is done by mistake, this action can be undone by clicking on the unlock padlock icon button.
By clicking on the padlock button at this stage the non conformance will be closed.
