If a dispatch record has a status of 'Created' or 'Partially Posted' then there are still lines on the record that can be posted.
Once you post a line on the dispatch record you can no longer change the header details, or add new lines.
Once all lines are posted the dispatch records status will be updated to 'Posted'.
You may either post the dispatch record at the header level, or by line.
