If an inwards good record has a status of 'Created' or 'Partially Posted' then there are still lines on the record that can be posted.

Once you post a line on the inwards good record you can no longer change the header details, or add new lines. You also cannot post any lines until the 'Visual Inspection' flag has been ticked.

Once all lines are posted the inwards good records status will be updated to 'Posted'.


You may either post the inwards good record at the header level, or by line.

You can post the header either from the list


or from with the receipt detail itself       


Line

You can post a line from the line list


Note: MISC LINES are not posted to inventory, only the receipt of misc lines are recorded.
